BELLA SSN ORDERING and POLICY INFORMATION
Methods of Payment
- MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards. In order to provide you with exemplary service and to protect you against credit card fraud, please have credit card and billing address available when order is placed. Second party credit card is not accepted.
- COD with a business, cashiers or personal checks with a COD fee are also accepted. No Cash payment accepted. Please allow 7 -business day for checks to clear.
- Furniture order over $200.00 and all special orders must be paid by credit card or prepaid by check. Check should be made payable to Bella Spa, Skin and Nails or Bella SSN.
- You may prepay your order with a check or money order to avoid COD changes. Send your payment to Bella Spa, Skin and Nails or Bella SSN, 5901 Maywood Avenue, Huntington Park, CA 90255.
- Please applicable sale tax on all merchandise delivered within California. Sales Tax Resale Certificate must be on file to waive sales tax on retail items.
Special Orders
- If there is a product or certain flavor or size of a product that you don’t see in our website, please ask our sales consultant, when placing an order. We will special order them for you. Due to some exclusive or Territorial arrangements with other distributors certain brand names may Not be available.
Shipping Charges
- All freight charges based on UPS Ground, ABF, CaHop, SPX, Speedway shipment within the contiguous US only.
- Equipment and Large Appliances are actual freight.
Returns and Exchanges
- If any product is not 100% satisfactory, simply return it within 90 days for full credit or full refund of purchase price or exchanges. A 20% restocking charge may be applicable on certain furniture and equipment items, and maybe increased on items that are either damaged or used. Special Orders are not returnable. Credit issued only for merchandise returned. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged products.
- Sales on all Revitalight, SkinBorn, and Diamond Microdermabrasion are final without return.
- If you should receive an incorrect order, damaged or defective product, please contact our sales consultants for a Return Authorization within 5 days of receipt of goods. A pick up will be issued and products will be exchange or credit issued. All credits in your account are automatically deducted from your next order. Claim for missing item must be received 3 days from receipt or order.
Professional Only
- We sell to Licensed Salon Professional, Salon Owners, Beauty School and Students. We will ask for your state license or resale number, which we will verify and keep on file.
- We offer specialized program and service for Chain Stores and School accounts. We reserve the right to close any account, if we find that it does not abide by our guidelines.
Limited Warranty
- Bella SSN will repair or replace (at our option) your unit free of charge for 24 months (unless extended at time of purchase) from the date of purchase if the appliance is defective in workmanship or materials.
- To obtain service under this warranty, return the defective product to 5901 Maywood Ave. Huntington Park, CA 90255, together with your purchase receipt, owners name and address, description of difficulties, and $100.00 for postage and handling. Any questions, please call customer service (866) 588-8884 Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. In the absence of a purchase receipt, the warranty period shall be 12 months from the date of manufacture.
- The equipment will be repaired to proper operating condition (this includes parts and labor). Such service, repairs, or adjustments of the equipment is valid for the original purchaser only; provided the equipment has not been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, water, impact, sand or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Parts pending availability from manufacturer.
- The limited warranty applies only to the products specified here in. It does not cover bulbs, batteries, jars, filters, or other expenses, or consequential damages.
- Any implied warranties obligations, or liabilities, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purchase, shall be limited in duration to the 12 month duration of this written, limited warranty.
- In no event shall Bella SSN be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages for breach of this or any other warranty, expressed or implied, whatsoever.
- The limited warranty is not transferable. Bella Spa, Skin and Nails reserves the right to terminate warranty contracts if invoices are not paid according to terms and not valid until after receipt of payment from dealer.
